Decree 1755 of August 15, 2013, partially amended the tariff schedule.
The same was adopted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, in fulfillment of some of the measures proposed by the Plan to Enhance Productivity and Employment (PIPE).
The fee referred to in Article 1 of Decree comes into force from the date of publication of the rule, for a term of two (2) years, and changes in this regard, Article 1 of Decree 4927 of 2011 amended. Once this term referred to the Tariff will be reset to the Decree 4927 of 2011.
